Established in 2015, Shenyang Haisco Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is the core production base of Haisco Pharmaceutical Group's strategic layout in Northeast China. It has standardized office buildings, production facilities, and supporting infrastructure that have passed national GMP certification, as well as three sterile preparation production workshops, including production lines for large-volume injections (glass bottles, non-PVC multilayer co-extruded film soft bags) and small-volume injections. Focusing on anesthesia and analgesia, parenteral nutrition, and other fields, it has cumulatively obtained 5 granted invention patents and 9 utility model patents, and has secured drug manufacturing approvals for 3 products across 5 specifications, including China's first independently patented Class 1 innovative intravenous anesthetic—Cipepofol Injection—as well as flagship products such as Fat Emulsion, Amino Acids (17) and Glucose (11%) Injection and Compound Amino Acid Injection (18AA-VII).

It has 9 specialized production lines, including those for small-volume injections, large-volume injections, lyophilized powder for injection, and powder for injection.

Beijing serves as Haisco's national center for clinical operations, policy liaison, medical strategy, and national marketing management.

Positioned as an R&D-driven production base, it is involved in drug substance process development, pilot-scale scale-up, production of clinical trial samples, and commercial production of drug substances and excipients across multiple therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular, anti-infective, digestive system, psychiatric, hepatic, and metabolic diseases.

Meihai serves as the Group's commercial production base for non-sterile drug substances and solid dosage forms, with multiple production lines for tablets, capsules, granules, ointments, creams, and drug substances. Its products span multiple therapeutic areas, including psychiatric, digestive system, anti-infective, hepatic, anesthesia, and hematologic diseases. It is also the Group's transformation center for achieving commercial production of formulation and drug substance R&D projects. It provides strong support for the Group in overcoming technical barriers during process scale-up.

As the Group's only large-scale large-molecule R&D platform, the Shanghai R&D Center undertakes biologics early discovery and CMC process development, addressing the Group's biologics pipeline gaps and laying out cutting-edge global biologic therapies.

Xizang Haisco Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group, established in 2019. Integrating drug R&D and production, it primarily manufactures tablets, granules, and hard capsules, and is the first modern chemical formulation production base built and put into operation in the Tibet Autonomous Region. It currently operates a comprehensive oral solid dosage form production line with an annual capacity of 100 million tablets, dedicated to the production of Rupatadine Fumarate Tablets.
